A couple of weeks ago I was invited to be a guest on Karen Kennaby, presenter of the Untangled FM radio show Taste Of Life. Flavour. What makes a “good” recipe? A “good” dish? Everyone has a totally unique palate and what works for one person might not for another, it’s about alchemy, in it’s truest sense. A recipe is just a guideline… her recipe book doesn’t even have pictures to encourage people to do it their way.
